Safe and well built
For a toddler swing this thing is very well made. It is a good heavy rubberized material with good safety chains coated in a pliable material. The carabiners are heavy gauge and have safety nuts to keep them from accidentally coming off. The grandkids have loved it and use it on a regular basis.
