Yummy. Don’t seem to notice a difference with this brand collagen though. Maybe need to give it more time?

These did their job well! I actually really enjoyed them and was having great results. My joints stopped hurting and my skin was healthy.However - I THEN realized that they contain saw palmetto and I had to stop taking them, which was super frustrating.

I’m excited because of the good reviews and the fact it contains 5 forms of collagen but I will have to update once the bottle is finished. I can tell you right now tho that the taste and texture is perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to mention anything off or disappointing either.

I guess I thought the collagen would make a difference in my skin. Haven’t really seen any results, but I’ll keep trying!

My knees were getting so bad you could hear them crunch when going from crouching down to standing it was awful. I looked at glucosamine & chondroitin and found that a lot of people were having weight gain issues because of those supplements. That was an immediate NO for me. Ive been taking these for approximately 2 weeks or so and I feel like I've wasted so much time not having them in my routine. They really are doing what they claim, no more crunch sound or discomfort in my knees. Quite pleased.
