Liquitex 1300501 Professional Freestyle Large Scale Brush, Universal Angle 1-inch

I’ve had the brush 2 weeks now & I just can’t call it. Of course Liquitex makes quality brushes. I needed a brush for moving paint around on large canvases. The handleless design was my top priority. I can retain a tight grip on it with a wet hand, which is essential.Problems: the bristles. They are the most firm bristles that I’ve ever used. Great for moving paint anywhere, but with bad for blending or overworking those base colors. * The bristles are so short that they even get overworked with the small amount of paint needed on a 12x12 canvas. The only solution when painting extra large canvases has been to add small amounts of paint at a time. Such short bristles that are as firm definitely create a unique brush; from now on I’ll reserve my Liquitex purchases for paint & mediums.

This brush does just exactly what I want it to do.

This a great bush, modern and easy to use. Only seem to be hard to clean; I advise soaking in soapy water and rinse, rinse, rinse with warm water. Art brushes are expensive and must be cared for properly to get long use. I do like the ergonomics of the bush, very different, but, a bit on the expensive side.

So excited I found my package i our mail area in my box was a key I didn’t understand but now I do ! Love it and can’t wait to start creating with this unique brush !

Nice brush! I saw a technique using this brush and it works well. Sharp lines and glides over the canvas!

I love this brush so much I ordered its baby sister, the 4 inch too. Its great for overall coverage and big sweeping strokes.

Small but very nice bristles. Can be used on lsrge or small canvas. Love it.

Je ne m'attendais pas au niveau du pinceau. Mais ça fonctionne bien pour faire des tâches. Après ça ne sert à rien d'autre.Cela dit, ça va me simplifier la vie.
