I maybe leave 1 review a year, if even. But I would like to give my 2 cents on this one. Ive been looking at this item and others similar for a while but was never convinced based on the reviews. So, obviously I bought this one and I have to say, it's pretty good. My take: It's fits nice and snug and unless someone is whispering in your ear, it's impossible to see. Downside, once it's in, can be a little tricky to get it out (with your fingers). I have it in my ear all night at work, and take it out no problem with a pair of teasers at the end of my shift. The little plastic extension is sturdy and easy to grab on to when taking it out. When I bought it, I thought the device around the neck needed batteries but it doesn't, a charge lasts me all night and it's not as big as I thought it was. Easy connection. Press the button and your good to go. With the actual ear piece, you do need batteries, can easily find them, I bought a pack of 20 for 20 bucks. This is the make or break part. With the ear piece I get maybe 3 to 4 shifts with a battery. On the 3rd and 4th day I keep a spare in my pocket just in case. I also learned that the when the device is turned off the battery and ear piece are still active. So if you want to save the pennies when your not using, take it out. It comes with a nice little plastic case to keep the both in when separated. Also it's not an ear bud, it's a speaker, this is something I also learned. You have to watch the volume in quiet places when sat next to someone, because they can hear it. But overall all, it's great, I use it for audio books. (Learn while you earn). If your thinking of using it for music, you may get disappointed very quickly. A little tip, i have it under my work shirt, it hangs a little low when around the neck, so I tied it to bring it a little higher (closer to the ear). It does make a difference in quality. In regards to quality, audio is good, not great but not bad either. Enjoy.

I got this for work And it works pretty well it get really loud my only problem is the sound quality of course it isn't amazing but for what it is it's worth it

Microphone line-in did not work. Plus even though it was able to connect via bluetooth to my phone, afterwards it messed up other devices from connecting via bluetooth. I needed to forget all devices and reset my phone in order to set up all other devices again as new connections. Very buggy and the volume is also too low. I would look at other options first. I returned it because it wasn't able to do what I needed it for.

This earpiece is wonderful. I have tried others, and this is the best. If you have trouble connecting it to your phone, you might want to remove all Bluetooth devices that are connected to your phone then try it again. I wasn't able to connect at first and i reached out to the seller and I was told what to do.

This thing amazed me. I couldn't get over the fact that it actually worked. I tested it for long periods and it was flawless. The only problem is it can fail at the worst possible time...and when it fails, it fails big time, with loud interference type noise blasting so loud you will think people in the next state over will be able to hear it. If you touch the little antenna on the ear piece at all, you get the interference noise...but I didn't touch by ear at all when that interference noise started blasting. I had put in a new battery after the extensive testing...so I can't be sure what triggered the earpiece to malfunction. There's no way to test batteries that small, at least my multi-battery tester doesn't have a spot to test one that small. If you're buying it to play with a cool device, I'd definitely buy it. If you're buying it to get a 2400 on the SAT, I'd study more.

The product is great, audio is not 100% clear but it works and it is very discreet.

I used this for a presentation I was giving and I'm helped me immensely! I had no problems other then the tiny battery that you can lose easily. I would recommend it!
