First of all, the phone itself is great and my kids love it. It's fast, looks modern, and the price was decent. I'm disappointed with the promise of the phone being repairable. Sure, it might be. But it's super difficult to get spare parts. I've been waiting for over a month for a screen replacement kit. Constantly sold out....

Overall decent phone for the price but it states 12gb of RAM however the phone shows only 8-9gb available RAM even straight out of the box with no programs running.

The phone is great but I bought it "new" and when it arrived the seals on the box were broken, and the protective wrap had been removed.

As stated by other reviews, it does not have the RAM it claims to have. Also tons of problems with Bluetooth and playing videos.

elegant phone. fast, great screen. Unfortunately, it would not pair correctly with Android Auto for hands free use in my car. I went through settings multiple times.. cleared cache twice, rebooted phone and car ... THEN, I phoned HMD support and went through all that again under direction of a very patient and professional HMD support person. It just will not work. Am sending it back, and I will continue to use my 4-year old Nokia 5.3 for a while. I'll probably wind up spending more than twice as much as the HMD Skyline to buy a Samsung. At least the Samsung should function correctly.

Maybe i got a dud, screen mirroring doesn't work, will connect but only audio no picture. hot spot wont connect either. When it does it kicks the device off in seconds. Bluetooth works when it wants too, it will connect then disconnect randomly and re connect but with no audio out put and i have to restart the phone. should of stayed with Samsung. will be returning.

It came with the tamper resistant seal torn and the phone looked like it wasn't new. It was a scam

I (stupidly) believed the specs of the version that they're selling here, they CLAIM to have the 12GB/256GB version, but it's NOT, it's the 8GB RAM version, which you can get for over £100 cheaper from other sellers! Not only are they lying about the spec, they aren't exactly speedy for delivery either, with it arriving at the very limit of their "expected delivery date" - they're not exactly scammers, but they are advertising the higher spec but sending the lower spec device. While I like the phone for the price, it's a mid-level spec, nothing stands out as "exceptional" apart from the repairability, it's a nice looking phone, the finger print scanner on the power button is a MUST for me (I don't like tons of fingerprints on the bottom part of the screen) Overall, for the £100+ cheaper from other sellers, this is a good value phone, the repairability is awesome, the specs are OK for mid-range, and the fingerprint on the power button is great - it's good for the money, but not from this seller as they're over-charging and lying about the phone they send!
