I just bought a pack at my local Asian market. I am not sure what the date on the front is. A best-by or manufacture date?

The packages I bought has stamped on the left side of the package on the front both dates. Production and Best Before dates. My package says Best Before 12/2012 and we are still using them.

How do cook little sheep hot pot sauce?

The instructions are on the packet... you add all the ingredients in packet, water, ginger and fresh garlic. . It tells you how much.You can use to make hot pot and sometimes I use to make regular soup

There are no gluten containing ingredients, but it’s not certified gluten free. Depends on how sensitive you are, but we have someone with gluten intolerance and they did not react any time we used this product (3 times now).
