Just recently, my mother in law let me try her grounding mat (same brand) and that night I slept deeper and was more relaxed than I have been in months. Naturally, the next morning I ordered one for myself! My husband and I use it all of the time. I even bring it to the kitchen and stand on it while cooking. I feel more energized after using it, yet calm and relaxed at the same time. It’s so simple to use. You literally plug the cord into the ground port on an outlet and snap it to the mat and it’s ready to use. We are planning to order another soon!

If you are considering buying this grounding mat, take my advice -- it's worth every penny. I experience better energy levels and less inflammation since using my mat. These things could all have other attributing factors, but nonetheless, the mat has made a noticeable difference in my mind, and that's what matters. I feel better after using this mat, and it's not terribly expensive, therefore it's a no brainer to buy one and place it where you spend the most time. You'll notice benefits.I began the practice of grounding as often as I could in the past year by going outside as the sun arose, placing my bare feet on the ground in my yard. However, this practice isn't always practical due to weather. This mat is my savior in that sense -- when I can't control the things I can't control, I can still get my daily grounding in! i have it plugged up in my home office where I spend most of my time. The media could not be loaded. **Scam product!**I should have read the 1 star reviews and believed them. When testing this pad, my voltage actually INCREASED when I tocuhed the pad. I tried multiple tests and locations, including actually grounding the tester in the actual ground. Same end result every time.

Why ask for review after one day delivery. Give 30 or more days so I can use it and then be able to give a report. Outside that it looks good. Hopefully it works.

I have been using this mat for a few weeks now. It's a great size to place by your chair in the evenings while watching TV. I like to do it at night because it seems to relax me before going to bed. It's a no brainer to set up and seems to be a durable mat that will last a long time.

I am hooked on grounding since I heard about it...and loving in Minnesota, it is impossible to go outside barefoot during the long winter months! This mat has truly been a lifesaver...I can feel rejuvenated all year long!
