Great clear for the an incredible price.
This goes on as well as any other clear I've sprayed. After it cures, it has remained stable. There have been no unpleasant surprises. I've never sprayed high-end clears before. So, I can't make make any comparison to $300 a gallon clears. But I've sprayed many clears in the same line as this U-Pol. I mostly use PPG Omni, which I believe is also a "production" / budget clear. I've also sprayed Nason, Sherwin Williams and Martin Senour (the worst I've ever tried). I've used U-Pol before and was happy with it. I was afraid for this incredible price it wouldn't be the same U-Pol clear I used before, but it is. I didn't have to add any reducer for it to flow and lay flat. I've used it twice. Once was less-than-ideal conditions outdoors, 42 degrees, 80% humidity. It kept fogging up (blushing) as any clear would, but I used a halogen lamp to heat up areas where it was blushing and they cleared up. Days later when I went to color sand, it still looked good. So, I can't say it's any better (except in the case of Martin Senour). I can say it's just as good for about half the price of PPG Omni and the rest.

Looks great
It sprays easy and lays down nice. Easy to cut and buff as long as you put enough down.Pretty thin so you need an extra coat or two.Drying time is fast if you need it by tomorrow. The bad- dries really fast. Ok for small things like motorcycles but it dries way too fast for painting a whole car. You can do it but you are going to be cutting and buffing.

Great finish for a ROOKIE!
Never having sprayed clear coat before I decided to go with just about the most inexpensive option I could find. This Upol Clear is great. I used the purple gun from harbor Freight and sprayed this over some duplicolor rattle can paint. Looks as good as a 26 yr old trucks tail gate can look. I will Slowly try and respray the whole truck as the paint is pretty flaky and bad these years. All in all it looks great and sprayed very nicley with the cheapest spray gun ever made. Value for money is off the charts.

Nice clear
I am a autobody tech of many years. Ppg shop and was doing a motorcycle for a friend and not wanting to break the bank. Ppg clear is about $500 a gallon kit. I was blown away with this clear, sprayed nice, many coats to bury big flake. Only time will tell of longevity.

Decent for money
Does no dry very hard or takes weeks to dry. 2 days later and clear is still soft and fingernails scratch it.Does spray very good and flat.

Nice Clear Finish
Easy to mix and spray. Easy sanding for buffing. Gives a good quality show grade finish. Cut with 5000 wet paper before buffing.

WARNING!!
I used this product to spray a couple panels on 3 customer vehicles, never again, I used the standard Hardner in 75° Constant temperature mixed the clear to hardener at 4:1 as recommended. And even after 2-3 days you could still scar it with your fingernail. Do Not Buy This Product. It just cost me a lot of money, labor time lost, and unhappy customers. I would request my money back if I could!
