INVERTBEE liquid bee feeding product in 14kg drums Invertbee is a syrup of extremely high purity. It is made up exclusively of sucrose and its building blocks fructose and glucose. For that reason Invertbee contains no forms of sugar that strain the digestive tract. The high proportion of fructose means that the product shows little tendency to granulate in the honeycombs, even at low temperatures and so prevents starvation of the bees. I am beefarmer based in Carmarthenshire. I buy bee feed directly from one of the main importers of bee food in the UK. This is the product I use on my own bees, once the honey is removed from the hives. I have been using this feed for over 4 years and found that the bees overwinter fantastic compared to mixing sugar yourself at home, and therefore highly recommend it for your bees. You cannot compare the quality of feed. This comes in an easy to carry 14kg drum. I feed my hives 1 drum each. A very convenient way of taking feed onto sites.
