CoverPRO Premium 4 Ply Caravan Cover 19ft -21ft

Has been on the caravan for a couple of months now and has stayed in place with no need to tighten the straps.

Used this cover on a 19'6" caravan loads of slack in the cover at either end to take up by the straps across the back and front but still loads to flop about in the wind after this was done ,had the same size cover before but without the cross straps and it fitted better .

cover is very good for the cost of it, very easy to fit with 2 people,but after about 2 months i opened up front zips to check caravan and after things being fine i then went to zip up again but had problem shutting one side as the zip kept on opening up, after taking care and checking out that there was nothing in the zip that was making do this i decided to contact the supplies through amazon. i emailed a Mr Blake at camping online.com 4 times regarding this problem and they never once got back to me , finally amazon got in contact with them and this Mr Blake emailed me the most unprofessional emails you could ever receive blaming me for this,i then tried to explain ,he then blamed the bad weather and so on ,and his finishing words were "sort it yourself" end of story . So if you purchase anything from this company be aware of this , i am now going to contact the caravan club and make members aware of this company . Ian Fraser

BEWARE I too have had same customer service issue from Camping online.co.uk as other reviewers. There seems to be a common theme so beware.Like tissue paper. Mine ripped after 1 day. No storm or heavy winds. Seller didn't care... Their response was...Message:hi you have damaged the cover and snagged this on the awning rail and rip this and due to the recent storms 2 weeks ago its not been oin tight enough and ripped the cover this isnt covered by manufacturers warranty its customer misuseWOW...

just what we wanted

19-21ft is a tight fit on a 20ft caravan so you may want to order one size up. If you do there will be a lot of slack but easier to fit. Can't comment on durability but is lighter grade than my last cover.

Very tuff cover, saved our caravan for another year, punctured easy but didn't rip, great quality cover, plenty of tie downs and a zip on the corners to ease use, perfect
