I tell my husband I buy this to keep my joints and other inside stuff from seizing up like a car with no oil. That’s not totally untrue. But the real truth is that I’m trying to keep my face and neck from sliding down to my ankles. I’m also trying to keep my hair on my head and out of the drain. This collagen is tasteless, and mixes well with my morning coffee. It’s not a miracle, but it helps. I add this collagen powder to my coffee every morning and the product dissolves completely and with no change viscosity of the coffee. I am on my third can so have been using it for several months. My nails have always been soft and very brittle. Lately the have started splitting lengthwise as well. Since starting this collagen my nails are firmer, stopped splitting and no longer shatter when I touch something. I actually had to change to a beefier nail clipper to clip my toe nails. What they say about additional collagen is true: it does improve nails.

The taste is somehow nothing and somehow also terrible. It mixes better into hot or warm drinks, but it really becomes a sticky goo in ice-cold water.Does seem to work though.3 stars
