Needed this for corner joints of a Wickes metallic finish splash back - perfect!

Used this to fill gaps in conservatory roof which had been leaking. So far so good, no more wet furniture and carpet!Although applied to the outside, It smells strongly even inside but this only lasts for about three days - perhaps amplified by the hot sun.You need to use your own applicator gun as the description says.If you don’t use it in one go, it starts to dry up and you will have to extract the dried part to get at the useable stuff beneath, if there is any. For this reason try to do everything you need it for in one day.

It works as it should be. Good colour match to the stainless steel.

If youve got a commercial kitchen with stainless steel sinks etc this really smartens up the joints the only alternative is clear silicon.

Sadly, mine was delivered in a ‘book’ box (a box designed for things that don’t crush…like books). The tube was cracked, so I couldn’t use it.I extracted some goo and tried it by applying with a screwdriver around an area of grey stone worktop that needed re-sealing, then smoothing with a damp finger. It adhered well, dried without shrinking and does seem flexible, but that’s about all I can say without a proper test.Every other Everbuild product I’ve tried has been first-class, and I feel pretty confident that this would be too. Everbuild can’t be blamed for the damaged tube. I’d normally expect to award five stars to anything from them but obviously can’t be sure about this one, so will reluctantly reduce it to four.

This Everbuild Everflex Industrial and Glazing Silicone Sealant is a fine silicone sealant. Been applying it around the internal sides of some windows following having given the alluminium frames a clean up and a fresh paint job to the surrounding plaster. It goes off quickly and dries to a nice smooth metallic look. There is a bit of a smell after initial application, but this soon dissipates. No complaints.
