Excellent customer service

Absolutely loved this. It was the first heated massager I’d ever used and it was amazing for my lower back pain. 10/10. Then the heated part stopped working right outside the Amazon return window. Amazon customer service told me there was a one year warranty and when I reached out to customer service they responded very quickly and replaced faster than I expected. Excellent customer service, very professional I am hoping this one lasts

Okay wish the massager was a bit better

Good heat but I was expecting a bit more from the massager. It doesn’t massage it vibrates. It’s also very loud. The weight is great it is weighted.
