This Shiatsu massager is AMAZING! I feel like I am at the spa every time I use it! To start, it comes with instructions! Something you rarely find anymore, and they are clear, in a font size that doesn't require a magnifying glass, and detailed! The various settings are great, depending on whether I need a deep massage, or just a light pick me up at the end of the day. The air pressure seat mimics those of the chairs you see in the mall, which cost thousands of dollars! These hug your thighs, relieving tension almost immediately! The heat function is great too, especially when I really need to sit back and let the chair do its job. I also like the fact that they provide a pocket for the controller. Even though it is not wireless, and you can't lose it, it's an added feature, just showing the thought put into the product. The material is durable, and appears that it will last for a long time as long as it is cared for properly (don't leave in direct sun, or crumpled in a corner and you should be fine!). The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the height cannot be adjusted, and it only comes in one size. I am only 5' 4", and need to sit on 2 pillows if I want the neck massage, and at that point, I am not comfortable at all. Definitely recommend, and look forward to using it often!

As a 6’0”, 230 lb male, I found this massage chair pad to be a solid choice for back and neck relief. The rollers deliver a strong, effective massage that really works out tension in those areas, and the heating function is excellent — soothing, consistent, and a big plus for comfort. On the other hand, the compression and vibration features weren’t to my liking. They may work well for others, but for me they didn’t add much to the experience. That said, the heating and massage functions alone make this pad worthwhile, and it feels sturdy enough to handle my size without issue. Overall, if you’re looking for a chair pad that excels at back and neck massage with reliable heat, this one is a great option. Just keep in mind that the compression and vibration may be more of a personal preference.

I’ve been looking for a back and neck massager for a while. I settled on this one. The only thing I like is the adjustable neck massager. I like that you can move it up to massage your neck or down to massage your shoulders. Otherwise, this isn’t worth the money. You can barely feel the heat. The vibration is weak. I’m 170 pounds and the compression pads push me off the rollers missing half the massage. Overall, not enjoyable.

This massager is very high quality, from the materials to the effectiveness! It can do so much, from massage, to vibration, air compression, and heat. It is a little heavy but that makes sense considering what’s in it. I have sciatica and this immediately has offered me pain relief, while still looking awesome. Highly recommend to anyone that sits on an office chair for long hours or sits on a sofa/recliner.

Great Massage quality. My favorite setting is the "Rolling" option giving a soothing soft massage. The air seat and air back features are great compression massage choices. The detachable back flap offers option for a deeper massage. The spot massage is excellent for massaging sore spots. There are three vibration intensity options. The 2d/3d massage choice works like a toggle button. You can customize your experience to your liking with many of these different modes of massage and low, upper or full back.
