Strong and easily performs many functions
Recieved this 2 weeks ago. Thought I would try as it has many functions. It feels strong and good quality as my garden needed a long overdue tidy. Branches easily cut, hedges trimmed tidily and it made light work of any grass. Saves a lot of hassle as I had to rent chainsaws and hedge trimmers in the past. Very happy with the product and value.

Needs a much better operating manual
So far I've only tried the strimmer function, so I'll update this review as I try more attachments out later in the season.I guess the thing to bear in mind here is that this product is very cheap and I have to say that is reflected somewhat in the build quality. For example, the housing for the strimmer cord and the mechanism to feed out the cord are difficult to use and fragile - I can't see that lasting. The manual is VERY poorly written. The English is appallingly bad in places and quite difficult to follow. Several aspects, like how to wear the harness, are entirely absent (I had to look for answers on-line relating to similar machines). There are a huge number of safety notices but insufficient detail on assembly and operation - in my mind dangerous in itself. The motor is very heavy. I am 17 stone and over 6 feet tall, and still found operation tiring after 20 minutes or so. The motor is also very noisy but maybe that's the norm for these petrol driven devices.Having said all that I did get the job done, ie the grass trimmed, in record time (when compared to using the clippers).I'll add to this as I try out more attachments.

Buy cheap buy twice, go straight for a better quality tool. Not this one..
Spend the extra and get a Stihl. Only useful as a strimmer at one speed as there is no control over the throttle unless you use the choke to control the revolutions. If you don't keep the engine level it over revs and you have to turn it off. Waste of money.i haven't used the chainsaw attachment but I can't see it working very well due to the overall performance of how it is set up. Spend the extra £70.00.. I wish I did..

Heavy duty great value
bought for retired parents facing annual hedge cutting costs of £350. The chainsaw attachment brought the tops down to a manageable level. Hedge cutter and extension made short work of the sides. The strimmer will be handy on the allotment as well. If you are unfamiliar with this type of equipment get someone who is to guide you through assembly and operating for a couple of hours. This is a serious bit of kit ,heavy but it's a 50cc engine that should with care last for years. I've been a landscaper with chainsaw license for 20 years

Cheap accessories
All the accessories that come with this (the gloves, ear defenders, etc) are of that incredibly cheap poor quality variety that smells of cheap plastic. They had a strong diesel like smell. I threw all that stuff away and bought better quality stuff. The instruction manual is awful, badly translated into english and the blurry low res photographs could be of anything. That being said, there are videos of similiar products on youtube and it's relatively easy once you've played around with it for a bit.You will need petrol, 2 stroke oil, chainsaw oil and a grease gun with grease before you can use this. If like me you throw out the accessories you'll also need a mixing bottle, some gloves and I'd recommend one of those full face masks that have ear defenders built in.That unit itself, though heavy actually works really well and was easy to start. Unfortunately mine came with some of the nuts that hold the handle together missing. I contacted the seller who only sent 1 nut. When I contacted them again, they agreed to send the rest but never did. In the end I had to buy my own.I would say that after you've spent out replacing the accessories and buying oil and such and any missing parts you'd be better off spending a little more for one of the name branded versions of this that you can get here on Amazon.

Very helpful seller, versatile tool at the price point
This tool does a lot for the money. It is an all in one device. I did have some early problems but after talking directly with the seller these were rectified to my complete satisfaction. It is reassuring that there are good honest people behind these online companies who do what they say they will.

No problems so far.
Does exactly what its made to do. Easy to start, plenty of power.Definitely get thicker strimmer wire as supplied stuff breaks easily, its a consumable anyway.
