Installation team was great. Sofa looks great

Beautiful-looking sofa bed, but unfortunately the left arm appears to be defective. You can feel a hollow/“hole” beneath the top of the arm, and the cup holder doesn’t sit properly on that side. During assembly, the bolt holes didn’t line up well, which made putting it together awkward. The biggest issue is the pull-out bottom section: it won’t stay locked when rolled out, which limits its use as as proper spare bed and makes it more of a lounger. This seems linked to the fault on the left side. In terms of comfort, it’s quite firm, which we actually like. However, overall, the build quality feels poor for the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Fantastic quality sofa bed

I didnt want to buy one of those metal framed sofa beds as i don't think they are very stable. Easy to put together, not the most comfortable when in the bed configuration, but that's down to the wooden frame and the way it's constructed. The only thing that is annoying is the way the two halves fit together. They do tend to come apart quite easily BUT there is an easy solution. When you buy it just order some of the plastic things that go under furniture wheels to stop them sliding about. That one thing has made this perfect.

Nice but poor quality and some holes was marked wrong

Delivery was quick, the sofa looked lovely I the box but unfortunately when we measured the parts we knew it wouldn't fit up my small attic stairs so I'm having to return it. I would definitely recommend this sofa bed if you have a normal staircase. I was hoping it would all have to be screwed together but the seat and back are joined and will not fold enough for my small stairs.

My sofa bed was easy to assemble very comfortable

I paid extra for the assembly service, however the sofa was not assembled properly. The sleeping/leg section was never attached to the main body of the sofa. When you pull out the sleeping part it simply drifts away from the main frame because it was not screwed in at all. Some screws were left unused and the assembler told me they were probably “extra parts”, which clearly they were not. Because of this the sofa bed function cannot be used at all. The person who delivered and assembled it also mentioned that the mechanism is difficult and that Amazon should send properly trained engineers for this type of furniture. Very disappointing, especially after paying extra for assembly. I would not recommend paying for the assembly service based on this experience.
