Doesn't help balance
This does help with the smell but doesn't help with ph balance or clarity of water. Very expensive for what it is and wouldn't buy again.

not all what it seems
I used this product for 2 months, this product didn't hold the ph as it claims to do, I was using as much ph plus as I was before. I was using the same amount of chemicals to get the levels safe and keep them there, total waste of money as the only thing this product does is mask the smell of chlorine.my lower legs became itchy after bathing and gradually got worse with prolonged use , last week I had had enough and i cleaned and refilled my hot tub to remove this product and started to use my old products again, no more itchy legs after a week of bathing, I left a review on happy hot tubs site about this product with 1 star and guess what they won't publish it, they seem to only publish the 5 star reviews, seems the only place you can read truthfully reviews is on amazon

Silky soft!
Bought this as my daughter has sensitive skin. really good as it softens the water and it’s the first thing we have found that doesn’t affect it. Very easy to use too, just once a week, simple!
