ARSSignature Scissors with Long Blade

This ARS Long Reach Rose Pruner, 2-Foot Reach LA-15006, is a fine tool and I am happy with it (although overpriced perhaps). However, be warned that the picture of a scissor-like tool does NOT match the actual tool. It is not scissor-like all al except for the handle. The cutting end is like a hand pruner with a quarter-moon blade (very sharp).. The scissor-like handle operates the cutting/holding blade via a wire running through the aluminum shaft. That said, I like it and recommend it. But, Amazon should be more careful in its depictions and in its descriptions !

They need to make a left-handed version. For a right-hander this would be perfect. When I use it in my left hand, the feature that is supposed to hold on to the cutting doesn't work. The pruner works very well and cuts easily. I can reach the interior of my raised rose bed without having to climb among the bushes. Please make a left-handed model.

I have had a pair of these scissors for about 20 years, and they have survived hundreds of hair cutting sessions. Recently I felt they might be getting a little dull, so I ordered a new pair. They were very disappointing. They don’t have the easy open and shut feel, they are made without a tightening screw, and they are already duller than my old ones. I have gone back to cutting hair with the old ones and just use these for paper. Kind of expensive scissors for paper!

I love the long reach rose pruner. It's easy to use and I can use it on other bushes with thin branches, too. It appears sturdy enough and is a nice addition to my other garden tools.

Adequate scissors, but underwhelming for the price. Nothing special. Thin handles for small hands.

I ordered this to replace a similar tool that broke early on. The quality of this is much better and makes trimming roses and other bushes much easier.

okaybut I am disappointed that you can only use it on very thin limbs. Good to avoid the thorns.

Les ars 330h sont une référence pour moi. Loin devant fiskars. Ces 340 offrent quelques cm de plus, idéales pour les ouvrages en machine. Coupent du cuir de 4mm sans broncher.

utilisable par des droitiers ou gaucher . super prise en main - qualité ARS rien à redire. j'en ai au moins 5 paires de cette gamme . ils sont fin précis et à la fois peu fragile.

普通の裁ちばさみは長時間使うと重いので、手芸用の布切りバサミとして購入しました。良く切れます。半日使用した感想としては、手芸には適度なサイズで使いやすいです。でも本格的な洋裁には小さいと思います。星１つ減らした理由は、グリップの色だけです。何故こんな色？持っててワクワクしないです。同じメーカーの別の種類のハサミは、グリップやキャップまで可愛い色なのに…何故この色かな…見た目を気にする方には物足りない色かな…でも切れ味は手芸に問題無く使用できます！あとキャップがあれば、更に良いのですが…グリップに綺麗な色の商品が発売されたら、もう一度購入すると思います。

個体差が大きいのかもしれません。シャクシャクとはいかずｻﾞﾘｻﾞﾘｻﾞﾘｻﾞﾘといった感じです。 繊維一本一本の抵抗を感じます。試しに空切りをしてみるとやはりｻﾞﾘｻﾞﾘした感じで支点の調整の問題なのか刃の研磨の問題なのか。パッチワーク用なので軽いことには大満足なのですが他のハサミに比べ握力を必要とするのはストレスです。
