I found this product on tiktok and decided to buy on Amazon. And these work great if you take them 2 days before your expected period. And take them the duration of your cycle until it's over.

I got a Mirena IUD a few years ago, and went off hormonal BC for the first time in nearly ten years. On hormonal BC, I had really light periods with equally light symptoms. Once I got the Mirena, I began getting terrible cramps right before my periods like I'd never had before. Sometimes they were so bad that I'd have to stop what I was doing and find a place to lie down. I once burst into tears at a bus stop because I hurt so badly and there was nothing I could do about it. I got this for my daughter who has very bad cramps because Midol simply doesn't work for her....This still didn't work for her..However my other daughter who has cramps (but not as bad) it worked perfectly for her... Even tho they say it helps with severe cramps...That's definitely not the case for everyone....

Normally I have to take advil 600mg -800mg every 4 hours to get relief from period cramps and when it wears off during sleeping hours I am awakened by excruciating pain and overall discomfort.
