Nature's TruthUltra Tart Cherry 1200 mg Dietary Supplement Quick Release Capsules - 90 ct, Pack of 2

Many years ago I had a small tear in my meniscus; I didn’t need surgery because I was in great shape and my muscles were strong enough that my meniscus could heal without surgery. I was told, however, that I would eventually develop arthritis in both knees because of the injury and my “favoring” the injured leg. Fast forward; I now have arthritis in both knees. I had heard that tart cherry juice helped to ease arthritis pain. I tried the juice first, then moved to the 1200 mg. Capsules. I now have very little pain in my knees and am able to go up and down the stairs in my home with ease. In my opinion, I can only attribute this to the Nature’s Truth Ultra Tart Cherry Juice.

I was diagnosed with Gout but the medication that they give to treat it only made my issues worsen. After doing some research I found this and gave it a try and it helped a lot. When doing the bloodwork before I was at a VERY high number but after being on this for a couple of weeks it dropped my bloodwork numbers down to a "High-Normal". It didn't get rid of all the pain or symptoms but it made them manageable enough that I'm not stuck taking yet another prescription medication. I can't say that this will help everyone but it did wonders for me and for the price I'm glad I gave it a try.

A high level of tart cherry that is easy to swallow and helps with sleep. Has also helped with softening of dry skin conditions. No side effects noted in several weeks of use.

I've taken one tablet daily for several years. My doctor approves. haven't had a gout attack since I started taking.

This daily supplement I added to my morning rouitine and the gout has stayed away. I think it has remove the painful gout but not sure so I hesitate to rate the pain issue. All I know is I will continue to order it!
