Dimensions Eeyore Christmas Stocking Counted Cross Stitch Kit for Beginners, 14 Count White Aida Cloth, 10''L

So I am not a DIY type of person but wanted to make this stocking to match a Pluto one my grandmother made me 40+ years ago. I figured it was a beginner stocking, and I thought (wrong) that the color pattern was printed on the actual stocking so it would be easy enough. I'm sure I can do it and it will be amazing, but it's more of a PITA than I anticipated. You should probably also show the blank canvas and cheap piece of red felt in the photo section.

I thought it would be bigger, Didn't realize I had to cut the stocking shape from the cross stitching and felt

I am very disappointed with this stocking!! It is definitely not for beginners. I had hoped the fabric was color coded for easy stitching. But it wasn’t and the cross stitch is to small! I am trying . but will not have it done by Christmas if at all!

Just rugh5 for my grandchild.

I am in the process of making the stocking right now. It is very easy and quick to make. Will love when I am finished to give to my Grandson in the U.K.
