This has been very frustrating.
I received the turmeric rhizomes packaged as they said. They were expensive. They came with directions which I followed. They appeared to be fresh and the color was good. I planted them in their own pot along with the ginger rhizomes I ordered. The ginger took off and is doing really well. The turmeric appears to be dead. I did contact the seller and will update you with his response.

Not very fresh, would not recommend it!
It was almost halfway to dry when I got it. I've seen better quality in the grocery store. I would not recommend this.

50% rooted but 50% grew well
About 50% grew but those that did rooted well. I did cut them in lengths with appropriate growth knobs.

Arrived dead
These were dried out and dead looking upon arrival. I planted them hoping I was wrong and they'd grow. Unfortunately I was right. Months have passed and nothing.
