Quality supplements - came in a sealed package, and quality capsules. No harsh chemically flavors or smells. So far so good - no bad side effects. Seems to be providing a boost in energy, and quality of skin. According to google this stuff is suppose to be amazing for your mind and body. For me I'm going to keep taking it.

I've been taking Urolithin A+ for some time, with an overall aim of improving muscle strength and enhancing exercise performance. To the best of my knowledge it can also improve aerobic endurance, which is important to me as a long-distance cyclist.This formula strictly contains Urolithin A+ and nothing else. Other Urolithin A+ supplements I've tried also includedpomegranate extract or resveratrol.Compared to other Urolithin A+ supplements I've tried this provides a very modest dose: 500 mg per capsule. The suggested serving is 1 or 2 capsules, so the dose would be either 500 or 1000 mg. Other Urolithin A+ supplements provide as much as 3000 mg. Even taking only 1 per day, meaning this would last two months, this is substantially more expensive than those I tried previously.The product images include evidence of ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, so I do not doubt the quality, but must question the cost. Recommended, keeping that in mind.

It does have some nice promises but unfortunately it had a side effect that left me feeling sad. I wanted to give this a fair shot and a fair review, so I didn't review it right away, but gave it time, and gave me time off from it. I was actually a bit unwilling to try it again but I did and yes the same feeling came back. I am not having any more of this. Now that may be just me, and another review seem to have reported success with it. But perhaps if you are looking to give this a try you can be on the lookout for that feeling of sadness and can more quickly identify the cause if that happens to you.

This supplement is easy to swallow and to take as directed. So far, I haven't had any side effects or any other unpleasant results from taking it.

This company and this supplement is awesome and has dramatically improved my health! I don’t know why they don’t list the benefits! I’ve seen studies proving 12% strength increase, 17% endurance increase! Longevity and healthspan increases! Reduces inflammation (which is linked to primary cause of most diseases).Personally I’ve also seen my skin become a lot better maybe due to Urolithin A being great for gut health (primary part of the body responsible for skin health).I honestly wish they had a subscription service I would have them send me these every 2 months I would be their first subscriber!
