I put this in the freezer for cold therapy and was a bit apprehensive of whether or not I'd be able to tolerate it. I was really surprised how much it soothed my foot and felt like a 'treat'. Definitely glad I puchased it although it only soothes and temporarily relieves my pain but that's just what I expected.

I bought these for peripheral neuropathy - burning feet. I keep them in the vegetable drawer in my fridge ( in the plastic envelope enclosed for the purpose.) They get very cold and are great for a quick fix, but because my feet get very hot they do not stay cold very long. They're quite heavy but relatively easy to put on. Were they worth the price? I would say yes, because of the instant relief they provide.

This is absolutely amazing, after weeks of foot pain on top of my foot and sleepless nights I finally had a good nights sleep after using it once.This morning I have used again and so far the pain has gone from 9 to about 2 out of 10I would definitely recommend 😀

Disappointed it was only one can only do one foot at a time

I've had bouts of gout before and always really struggled getting a decent bit of ice to the area. It always ended up with me balancing it which can be uncomfortable very quickly so this came in handy right away.Gotta be said, this is freezing once you put it on, and even though it warms up quick it certainly does the job that's needed and long gone are the days of putting a giant bag of peas on your feet. It lasts a fair bit of time too, enough to be able to give your foot a cool down, then let it breathe while the sock goes back into the freezer again before round two.Definitely enjoyed this and will be using it for as long as it lasts!

Very disappointed with this item. It didn’t stay cool for more than 5 minutes. Rather useless. I sent it back for a refund. Would not recommend at all

The sock is fine. Just realise that there is only one! I stupidly assumed there were 2 socks.
