Got it for 6.3K on Diwali Sale with HDFC discount! The mouse is pretty good, I already own Logitech Superlight 2 so I am in the position to make some comparison between both. Clicks - This one has softer sounding buttons, Logitech has Hybrid switches so those sound more crispy. So if you were to put both near your ears logitech will sound way louder and annoying, but that doesn't mean those are bad in any way (at least in sound). Design - Most people won't feel the difference the shape is almost identical, Logitech feels more complete in the hand due to the slight bump, so it touches the middle of your palm more. Weight - This one is 6gms lighter and on papers that shouldn't feel any different than 60gms but you can absolutely notice the lesser weight, do I like it? Ehh I found logitech much better as it gives more stability while the V3 Pro is more easy to move (accidentally) Battery - There is no comparison here Logitech wins by miles, I only charge my mouse upto 80% and at 125/250hz it lasts over 10 days with Optical Only switch settings. Battery depletion is also faster on V3 Refresh Rate - Logitech wins with the 250hz option, V3 only has 125hz and 500hz and that 250hz middle ground helps in saving battery when not playing games but also keeps mouse movement smooth. Software - Logitech has more user friendly UI. Viper sometimes doesn't even detec the mouse even though it is one of the applications that is enabled to launch during startup. Skates, grip tapes, and body coating - Viper V3 wins, Logitech is subpar in all 3 departments, my Superlight's skates were scratched on the first day itself and that too by my finger nails, Viper doesn't scratch as easily. Viper's free rugged grips are better than logitech's soft cloth type grips. Buttons - V3 Pro wins, my Superlight's first side mouse button gave up in 6 months, it works but if you press it 10 times it will work only 4 times. Also, after a while the mechanical part of the mouse started acting up so when I used to scope in and hold in FPS games, the sniper rifles would keep toggling the zoom and would scope in and out continuosly, so when I changed the settings in G HUB from Hybrid to Optical only the problem went away. So the community's opinion about Logitech using low quality mushy switches is absolutely true. USB Dongle - Logitech wins, they provide USB receiver, USB C cable, and a dongle, Viper V3 on the other hand only has a dongle that you must use with a USB cable, so with Logitech you only need to move mouse and laptop but with V3 Pro you have a dangling cable and dongle! These things matter a lot! Scroll Wheel - Logitech over Viper, logitech has a smooth texture/surface, whereas viper has may too many dotted bumps/knurls after a while that starts irritating the index finger. Final Verdict - Viper V3 Pro wins in raw performance, after 1 week of using it, I switched to Superlight 2 and in Valorant I had a hard time aiming and flicking, so I would say Superlight is good for day to day usage but Viper V3 is a beast for FPS gaming. 9 Months later ========================= I now perfer Logitech over Viper due to comfort, I still alternate between both once battery is low on one. I Don't play competitive FPS anymore so difference doesn't matter and to be honest I can't even notice much, earlier incline towards V3 must have been because of recency bias, but the pros and cons are still valid.
