I have a very early 2000's New Holland LS45 riding mower that needed engine replacement. Went from a Kohler V-twin to a new 25hp Briggs and Stratton. The new Briggs required this connector to connect the engine to the mower wiring harness. Worked great.

I used these as part of rebuilding the electrical system in a riding lawnmower that had caught on fire. They work great. In addition to crimping, I soldered the wires using rosin core solder for added security. But they work great and match up fine. I used half of this for matching up to a replacement 19HP briggs and straton engine.

I bought these to make a small wiring harness for my intended Bluetooth install in my old muscle car. I wanted to add some new tech to my old car. The little Bluetooth module is great but I didn't want to have to hardwire everything directly to the module so this was an excellent way to get some much needed space. I'm never really sure what crimpers are needed for these types of terminals. I resisted the urge to solder them after the first few. They seem to be making a good electric connection and a sturdy mechanical connection. The plug is keyed so you cannot plug it in wrong, which is a bonus. In this picture, you can see it in dash where I connected the wires. Now, it is a quick disconnect if needed without having to unscrew or cut wires.
