Seems to help with metabolism
I’ve been taking this copper for about 10 days now for hair and skin health and to hope it boosts my metabolism a bit. I’ve lost a few pounds so far so it does seem to help, but I’ve also been watching what I eat and working out. This copper supplements seems to support and help. It has a slight metallic taste to it, but it’s not as unpleasant as it could be. You’re supposed to take a table spoon and swish it around in your moth for 30 seconds before swallowing. I love that it’s made in a GMP facility in the USA and also love that there’s no other weird ingredients or fillers. It’s just copper and water with a bit of silver added. I do think the price is high given that the 8 ounce bottle only has 16 servings, but I’d still suggest it for folks looking to boost their metabolism and help with joint, skin and hair health.

Looks are deceitful
From the looks of it this bottle sure looked like it held a lot more of the product than it truly does. I am taking it to restore my youthful color to my hair that has turned grey. I truly believe it's working but I'm very disappointed that it has a very little amount in the bottle. I truly hate having you keep buying a product over and over that they could have sold in a bigger bottle to prevent my having to reorder so much.

Not for me
I've been struggling with anemia and thought this would help. It's a liquid, which I don't mind. This is a hefty dose so just be aware. The instructions say to take three tablespoons a day for quick immunity support or two tablespoons for long term immunity support. I didn't have a need for a quick fix so started at two tablespoons a day. It doesn't taste like much and is easy to take. The problem is this upset my stomach to the point where I stopped after day two. It seems to be a quality product, but this is not for me.
