Q: I saw conflicting posts regarding whether this spray will kill c diff spores. How do I confirm it really does?

While in the hospital with C-Diff, I was instructed on specific items to use that would kill it. I was told about Clorox wipes and their liquid product that dispenses through a spray nozzle, which I purchased here on Amazon. When I saw this product, I ordered it, too, thinking that it would be comparable and kill C-Diff. But, no where on the product does it tell you that it does. The other products stated that they did. Therefore, I do not believe that it will, but to be certain, Clorox has a customer service number, which the internet states to be: 1.800.292.2200. I am hopeful that they can answer your question.

As with any chemical, I would test it in a non-conspicuous place first. However when I had 9 cats from our animal rescue with the ringworm fungus, this product was used on any and everything! Clorox is one of the few, or perhaps the only product that really kills the fungus. Because it can be toxic to cats, if ingested, I also wiped down with a damp cloth areas where they might put their paws, after letting it sit for a few minutes.
