Great cold weather fragrance. I have trouble picking out individual notes in any vanilla heavy fragrance, but this one has just enough freshness in the opening. Lavender and plum, that doesn't feel out of place. The heart reveals a roasted cocoa note that goes very nice with the bourbon vanilla that is present from start to finish. The finish is a slightly smoky and earthy bourbon vanilla. Textbook gourmand for men. You probably don't want to wear it in hot weather or in a close quarters work environment because it's loud and sweet. If you have a physical job that raises your body heat, your coworkers will probably not be fans. However, I can see this working for most other occasions and environments in colder weather or climate controlled atmospheres. Like I mentioned, it's a strong performer, so use with caution and in moderation. Personally, I'm pairing it with Dove men+care bourbon hazelnut body wash and axe dark temptation deodorant. I pretty much smell like a bakery, and have been told more than once that I smell delicious.

Lattafa Asad Bourbon is a very enjoyable fragrance that punches well above its price point. It has a rich, warm, sweet profile that smells more expensive than I expected, with a smooth combination of vanilla, spices, woods, and a slightly creamy quality. The opening is fairly strong and immediately leans sweet and spicy. Once it settles, the fragrance becomes smoother and more balanced, with the vanilla becoming more noticeable. There's a warm, almost dessert-like quality without becoming overwhelmingly sugary. The woody elements help give it some depth and keep the sweetness under control. Performance is also quite good. I get solid longevity, and the projection is strongest during the first few hours before settling closer to the skin. A few sprays are plenty, especially indoors. It has enough presence to get noticed without being one of those fragrances that completely overwhelms a room. I particularly like this for cooler weather, evenings, dinners, and nights out. The warm sweetness feels much more appropriate for fall and winter than extremely hot summer days. Despite being marketed as unisex, I think it can easily work for anyone who enjoys sweeter vanilla-forward fragrances. My biggest criticism is that it isn't especially complex or unique. Once the fragrance reaches the drydown, it becomes fairly straightforward and doesn't change dramatically. The sweetness may also be too much for someone who prefers fresh, citrusy, aquatic, or traditionally masculine fragrances. That said, for the price, it's difficult to complain too much. The presentation is nice, the 100 ml bottle provides plenty of fragrance, performance is above average, and the scent itself is very enjoyable. This fragrance isn't groundbreaking, but it doesn't need to be. It's a rich, smooth, sweet fragrance with good performance and excellent value. If you enjoy warm vanilla, spices, and woody fragrances, this is definitely worth trying. I'm taking off one star because I wish it had a little more complexity and versatility, but overall, I'm very happy with it and would recommend it—especially considering the price.

This is a great spicy, sweet scent that smells a lot like another high end cologne. It's well worth the buy. There's a vanilla bourbon base to it, but a lot more to the scent than that. It would be a great addition to a collection, or an everyday scent. It's also a perfect winter scent. Buy, buy, buy.

Initially I didn’t like too much but after a few minutes its changed to a very nice scent. Cognac, amber and a light citrus in it. I enjoyed it. this is the kind perfume that keeps changing in your skin from the initial intense scent. Then it’s became smooth you have to give a time to develop it in your skin.The bottle is beautiful . Its a unisex fragrance with not so much longevity

I am super impressed, I didn't believe the reviews thinking how could a perfume with such low price could have such high ratings. But truly, buying is believing. When I opened it, the first spray of this extraordinary fragrance hit the depths of my nerves and i felt like I just wanted immerse myself into its scent, if I could explain it's scent in one word it would be "MAGICAL". However, the only thing that bothers me is I can't feel the magic after about 2 hours of spraying it on generously, maybe my receptors are filled out so I can't smell it anymore but possibly people around me might get a burst refreshing aroma I guess! Nach kurzer Zeit erwärmt sich der Duft auf der Haut und wird cremig, süß, aber durch die würzigen und holzigen Nuancen niemals aufdringlich oder zu schwer. Er ist die perfekte Balance zwischen Kraft und Eleganz. Haltbarkeit & Sillage: Hier zeigt Asad seine wahre Stärke. Die Haltbarkeit ist phänomenal – ich rieche ihn auch nach 10+ Stunden noch deutlich auf meiner Haut. Die Sillage (Duftwolke) ist kraftvoll und präsent, ohne zu erdrücken. Man wird auf jeden Fall bemerkt, und ich habe schon zahlreiche Komplimente erhalten! Das Flakon: Schwer, wertig und mit dem detailreichen Design ein absoluter Blickfang im Regal. Er fühlt sich viel teurer an, als er ist. Fazit: Asad ist ein absoluter No-Brainer für jeden, der intensive, orientalisch-süße und würzige Düfte liebt. Er ist eine hommage an legendäre Kreationen, steht aber mit seiner eigenen kraftvollen und hochwertigen Interpretation mehr als nur seinen Mann. Für den Preis bekommt man Parfum-Qualität, die Düfte für das Zehnfache in den Schatten stellen kann. Absolut empfehlenswert – 5 Sterne sind fast zu wenig! Ein Must-Have für jeden Duftliebhaber.
