This e-collar has been a great solution for managing barking. It charges via USB-C (finally!), feels very solid, and is super easy to use right out of the box—no phone needed, though the app is a nice bonus if you want extra control. My dog adjusted quickly and isn’t bothered by wearing it. Overall, it’s a thoughtfully designed, effective tool with great build quality. You can toggle between modes like "Pager Only," "Constant Level," or progressive correction depending on your training goals. The app gives you detailed control over levels and logs bark activity, but it’s totally optional if you prefer to keep things simple. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable bark collar that can have expanded functionality. Also, there's no question of its durability as Dogtra makes this to the same quality standards as their collars and remotes used on field trial and hunting dogs. I've had cheaper versions in the past that are in fact cheaper in every sense of the word. I initially thought there's no way I'll connect this to my phone but ended up doing so just to see what it offers. I think it's a really cool idea that shows how much the dog barked at what time of day. It also serves as an e-collar using your phone as the transmitter. I have a stand alone e-collar but that's a separate system this is a really cool addition just to have if you needed it. Both my kids are able to easily turn on and cycle through modes as needed and it has been a welcome addition to help train our dog. For reference the dog pictured is just shy of 100 lbs.

I purchased 2. They worked well for a while, now they randomly shock my dogs when they are completely silent. Several times I'll turn the collars on and will be still holding them and they start shocking. I even tried turning down the sensitivity all the way and it didnt change anything. It's beyond disappointing and of course extremely unfair to my dogs. I was excited to try these collars because of the app and I have always used and trusted Dogtra's ecollars before this.

Let me start by saying if you have a stubborn barker especially one who's been introduced to an ecollar BUY THIS IMMEDIATELY. Dogtra really knocked it out of the park with this one it has completely changed our lives and we are confident it is an ethical and most importantly gentile reminder to keep quiet. Being a young working couple with 5 rescues of different working breeds, this thing rocks! We live in the north and during winters the dogs can be trapped inside for longer periods of time. Sometimes their pent up energy is too much and they will not stop barking at each other. This has been a major issue since our most recent rescue, a 5 year old husky who is EXTREMELY vocal. Luckily all of our dogs have some ecollar training. Upon putting this collar on our husky the barking ceased within minutes. He understood exactly what was being asked of him and responded accordingly, finally providing us some peace and quiet. We have the collar set on the Auto Increase function which starts at the lowest level and only increases if it detects additional barking. Having five dogs, one of our biggest concerns was false corrections from the other dogs barking. Luckily this has not been a problem at all! The device detects both sound and motion, then uses an advanced algorithm to confirm the barking is coming from whoever is wearing the collar. The convenient counter on both the device itself and the mobile app shows the number of corrections and on the app it will even differentiate between barks, whines, and howls. I actually watched the counter for a couple of hours because I was scared of false corrections however there wasn't a single one. One of my favorite features is the ability to turn off corrections for low volume barks/vocalizing. This allows all the dogs to play together and whoever is wearing the collar will not get a shock for "talking". The collar is also nice and small compared to larger ecollar recievers. Overall a great, safe, and effective tool to quiet down a problem barker. An added bonus is that the bark collar can be used as an ecollar, using the app on your phone as a remote. I love that this has the same 0-100 settings as my other dogtra ecollars. This is also great if your dog has not had any ecollar conditioning as it can effectively be used to condition dogs to the static correction. An excellent purchase that I would suggest to anyone with multiple, vocal dogs!

So far I really like this no bark collar. The on/off button is a little hard to see when it’s off. But it has so far worked well for my dog that barks enthusiastically at just about anything. I wish I could use different prongs. Because he is long haired, and the collar needs to be snug for the contact points to work. I like the winged contacts on his mini educator for long haired dogs. But I haven’t found one that’s for this collar. I would only use this with supervision as with any ecollar. I primarily use the pager setting. I have used the static setting twice but my dog is fairly sensitive. Definitely start very slow and for short periods. Check the collar frequently to make sure it isn’t causing any discomfort or hair loss on the dogs neck. The Battery for my dog lasts about 2 1/2 to 3 days. Charges pretty fast. I would happily recommend this collar to those that have a dog that nuisance barks.
