Garlic capsules is as descrived on Amazon. Package arrived on time and in good condition. It's too soon to rate the effectiveness. Thecapsules are easy to swallow with no side effects.

When I evaluate new health supplements, I look for brands that present with the type of products and certifications that prove they are organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested and American made with clean formulas. Toniq is a quality brand who’s profile includes the sourcing, manufacturing, testing standards, etc., that I look for when I buy supplements. I regularly take several of their products and have always been happy with them. Unfortunately, this one contains flow agents and fillers, as do other Toniq supplements. I usually make my supplement choices based on what is NOT included in formulas as much as I care about what IS in the product I am ingesting. Organic herbal ingredients will always win me over before non-organic products.I have been taking Swanson oder controlled garlic for years. I swapped that for this Toniq Odorless Garlic Pills. I have not noticed any changes, one way or the other.It can be really hard to know exactly what or if you are getting benefits from a product. I do know from how I feel and perform, and from medical tests, that my supplement journey of ten years has yielded solid, measurable, significant improvements to my overall health and well being. It is also a medical axiom that what might work for me, might not work for you, or work differently for someone else.I follow a longevity expert who paid for independent lab testing for two dozen brands of two different supplements. Most failed miserably to live up to their claims. In both cases, only seven of the brands tested delivered more than 90 percent of the claimed capsule contents…. Hence the title of this review. In these tests, one product was from Toniq, which came in in 7th place at 90%.Real independent lab testing is the only imperial evidence that can prove if a supplement is genuine to its claims. That is expensive and so are the good supplements.FYI: When rating supplements, four stars is as high as I will generally go unless I have solid evidence of a specific improvement in my health due to a particular supplement.

I have tried several other garlic supplements and this works well for me.No after taste or smell.
