PraxxisPro goes over and beyond in customer service
I ordered their premium staples multipack for the Powerhouse stapler we have in our office. When we received the order, we only received one pack instead of 10. I emailed the company explaining what happened and also asked for a manual for our stapler because it was now not working and I wanted directions on how to trouble shoot it. PraxxisPro responded immediately, apologizing about the staple mishap and asked some questions regarding the stapler. PraxxisPro ended up replacing our stapler and sent the balance of our order all within days of my original order. Great customer service!

These fit my vintage ACE stapler perfectly!
I love my vintage, heavy ACE stapler, but have been having trouble finding staples that are designed for it's heavy, bulky mechanism. I contacted PraxxisPro directly, and they assured me that these staples would work, and they did ... perfectly. They even sent me a free sample to try before I purchased. Great customer service.

I've been in the printing business for over 50 years and have had a dozen electric staplers. This PraxxisPro is by far the BEST I have ever purchased for flat stitching. Using these staples we have not had one misfire. And we do hundreds of sets from 5 to 25 sheets.
