My second time trying creatine and it is goingGreat. The first time was 10 years ago and it gave me the worst constipation of my life and crazy hair loss. I stopped and the symptoms went away so I tried for the second time and it came back. This traumatised me and kept me away for 10 years. I was only taking 5grams and drinking lots of water and eating great.Thought I would try again after the recent news about creatine helping cognition especially with low sleep and it’s been a game changer. I am only one week in and taking one pill a day (0.7grams) and happy with the result so for the moment I will keep it at one pill a day.I used to struggle to train after bad sleep and my energy and brain fog was bad. Creatine has really helped me and my workouts are so much stronger and I feel great even when I get 5 hours sleep :)Maybe it’s a placebo especially as it’s low dosage but the results so far are great, even after the first pill. I wanted to go for the powder but the delivery was much slower so I thought I would try the pills first. Very happy :)
