This is a great torts book. Statsky has a great ability to write law principles and concepts for this particular aspect of law. I learned many principles and read a number of the cases in this book. The CD disc was also very helpful in preparing for major exams in this course.

the book arrived in a very timely fashion actually before i had expected it and it was in great condition no tears and no highlighting already in it for a used book.

Good but does not discuss the topics thoroughly.

I ordered new book, it was not New. Highlighting inside the book, but other than that still in excellent condition. It shipped quickly.

Was for my paralegal program. I kept the book for my library.
