Took out the box and put on charge, has been charging 4 hours and red charging light still on, how long to charge?

4 hours should do it it has old nokia type battery and holds charge long time

How do you try and reconnect it? After a few weeks, it stopped connecting and the third light keeps flashing on any device.

Shouldn't do that contact the manufacturer.

How do you reset this item? My buttons are doing different to what there supposed to

Try unplugging the USB Bluetootb linking piece from your device, turning off and removing the battery from the keyboard for about 15 to 30 minutes. Reinstall the battery, reinsert the Bluetooth bit and turn on the keyboard and allow it to sync again. I have found that all the buttons dont necessarily work as the original remote but the mostly do. To go back one step for example, press the right side button that has a mouse symbol.

Just press esc. On the left hand side of the pad. It will make the YouTube video you are watching go small so you can the navigate the curser to click onto search or next
