Use 30 min before working out. Doesnt matter if you are jogging, lifting, or just riding a bike. It works.. Um energy wise. I still fell asleep after working out. No energy. But my heart was racing. I like them would buy again and again.

Effects vary greatly upon other activities
They don’t actually help with weight loss unless paired with significant exercise and diet change. Worked great the first time I tried cutting with these with only grilled chicken and salad and full gym workouts with lifting, cardio, and abs; but with limited to mostly running for cardio and basic “healthy” eating no noticeable effect besides increased energy from the caffeine

Waste of money
I have used these pills multiple times but I usually buy them right from the website. I tried them off amazon and it was a complete waste of money. They literally don’t do anything. I even opened the capsules to make sure they actually had stuff inside of them because they have no effect at all. Definitely will not be ordering again

Terrible
I have used super hd version for years and loved it. I’m not sure if they discontinued but this was similar so I decided to try it. I took it in the morning and within 30 mins my stomach was in knots with terrible pains. I got very pale, felt faint and super sick. It’s been 2 days and I still don’t feel right. My stomach is still queezy and very bloated after taking this one time! Honestly I’m afraid to eat anything because I get terrible stomach pains again and feel nauseous. Highly DO NOT recommend. Please go back to the original formula that worked. Never taking this again.
