Absolutely amazing dressings
I brought both the XL and smaller ones and they have solved a lengthy search for something that actually does what it says on the box.Waterproof and so easy to wear, no pulling on the compromised skin (usually compromised if using something like this), no irritation at or around application site, and actually, they look pretty darned ok once on.For reference, I have a healed ulcer scar , one on each shin front. One is from 2007, but still needs looking after, the other is from 2023 and really needs looking after. I am due on holiday soon, my first since forever, and having sought medical advice, was told to protect them from water when swimming, making the scar tissue too wet, therefore more able to be damaged when normal skin would be ok.I have tried so many products, expensive and less so, but none of them come within a whisker of being this brilliant. I initially brought one pack of each, and did a trial run, one of each being as one scar is huge, one fits (just) under the smaller dressing. Was so impressed I brought another 3 boxes of each!Saturday afternoon they both went on, Tuesday pm both off. No pulling, no tissue damage, in fact, both scars looked positively happy (trust me, I know when they are not). In the shower, I actually forgot they were on, soaping happily away. I did, on occasion, forget when drying my legs that they were on (the plasters, not my legs), and did towel dry with some vigour. And yet, still they stayed put. I did not feel any pulling of my skin when on, and bearing in mind I do wear loose top socks due to the scars and DM's because they really do keep foot swelling down, there was many opportunies for abrasion to rub that plaster/dressing off. Yet, still it stayed put.I have to say, I was then a tad worried they would not come off. So, Tuesday pm I sat and removed them, just in case they did cause damage, yet, oddly, off they came. Yes, I did remove slowly and carefully, who would not when uncovering an injured area, but honestly, I simply could not believe the adhesion of the product versus the ease of removal.Truly a gem because now I can finally get myself back into the swimming pool, having had to avoid it for such a long time. I am accident prone so need to take more care than your average Joe, but that is how I got both scars in the first place!Price does not reflect the brilliance. I am totally sold on this product and recommend it 100%. Absolutely the best, a real game changer for me!

Simple solution to horrid plasters
If you're like me and usually end up with a makeshift dressing made of cling film and electrical tape then grab a pack of these for the cupboard as they're great and look way better too.I hate plasters with a passion and try to avoid them as much as possible. Sometimes though you need something to keep the dirt out and the wound together. These plasters don't have the horrible absorbent bit that sticks to your cut, nor do they have that sweaty sticky stuff that peels and picks up dirt. They apply directly to your skin like a bit of clear(ish) sticky backed plastic. They feel soft and plyable and are comfortable to wear. After the initial apprehension of sticking these directly to the cut on my hand I'm impressed and confident they will do the job.

Excellent dressing
These are excellent dressings which accelerate the healing process. They are almost invisible. I wouldnโt use anything else for the majority of minor injuries.

Brilliant plasters if used appropriately
While expensive, these plasters are great if you have an injury but still need to have showers and/or do not have the opportunity to change your plaster frequently. However, while these are advertised for use on the hand and other areas, you must consider whether the area injured is on an area that will bend. I injured the base of my palm, just above the wrist and unfortunately because of the texture of the palm (glabrous/hairless), and likely the fact it was near a bend, the plaster did not stay on well at all and I was better off using a Mepore/Softpore plaster daily. If you injure a flat bit of skin however, these bind and remain on amazingly (this is further backed by the fact that the bit of plaster that was going over my wrist (on the glabrous section) did not want to come off for the life of it)

Truly amazing healing powers!
These are truly amazing. Managed to slice the end off my finger. When the blood finally stopped I slapped one of these on and then changed every 4 days or so. Miraculous recovery and a month later my finger is pretty much healed- just a bit shorter than it used to be! They also seemed to deaden the pain somewhat in the early days when it was stinging rather. Keeping the wound moist does seem to make all the difference and you could see the white blob sitting on top whilst the plaster worked its magic. Now have 4 boxes of them in the โmedicine drawerโ. Will never use normal plasters again.

Plasters that stay stuck down
Brilliant see through plasters - waterproof and stay stuck on childrens skin cuts- and my grandchildren tolerate them!

Extremely disappointed.
Extremely disappointed. Unable to get the final layer of the sticking plaster off and on the rare occasion I did get it off the plaster folded itself over so was entirely useless. Feeling very upset.

A must get wound care item
I was suffering with a finger that kept splitting from my constant hand washing. It would heal a bit and then dry and split. Tried a few things for a month and then used this. It's waterproof, keeps the site dry and sterile and you can use it over a few days and do a change. After 3 days, my finger finally started healing and stopped splitting. I'm so impressed.
