Tastes amazing
Bought this for the table which we all shared, I personally don't like wines or sake unless it's sweet. This sake was a little on the fair sweet side and the flavours were amazing.

On the pricy side for what you get
Very flavourful, but very pricey for the amount you get. Just enough for about two glasses

Nice depth of flavour, gentle on the palate.
Had a strong aroma of almonds when pouring. Taste was lovely quite a nice depth of flavour. A little disappointed by the size of the bottle for the price. I enjoyed it nontheless and may well buy again as a treat.

Authentic for making 'ume sour'(plum sour) like in Japan.
Yum. Not too sweet. Mix with sparkling water for a nice alternative. Small amount, though so would only buy for Japanese-themed evenings.

Not to my taste
This was hard to drink straight or in a cocktail. It wasn’t to my taste. It is not like a typical plum wine…more earthy and anaseedy and perhaps the middle notes of a whisky.
