It was exactly what I needed for the doggie bath I installed for our 4 Poodles. It’s in the basement and I needed to pump it up the the main drain. It was easy to install with the rubber adapters and hose clamps.

I had an issue with the pump, called customer support and they were awesome. They were very helpful and got my issue resolved Fast.

Very easy to install under my utility sink. The customer service is top notch. If you have any questions about flow and capacity they respond promptly.

Not working at all. When it is running, it will run non stop. I have to unplug the power cable and wait long enough to plug in again. The labor cost to get it install is more than the pump itself!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Easy to install. Comes with all the fitting options you could need. Much quieter and faster than the old unit. I use it on the utility sink in my basement the washing machine drains into.

The description said the unit comes with 1 1/4 and 1 1/2 flex couplings, I received several 1 1/4 couplings but only one 1 1/2 coupling. Nevertheless, I made it work with what I received. Just wanted to point that out for the next customer.

The 1HP Utility Sink Pump, is a wonderful pump in many ways that’s ready for action. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying. I. Quality – The quality feels like it’s made out of good quality materials. The all plastic outside is thick, durable and corrosion resistant. II. Usability – It’s fairly simple to install. I went with the 1HP version and its very strong for the size. It pumps like a champ and has done a great job at pumping any water I’ve thrown its way. It can lift water to 36ft and doesn’t sound strained. Overall, this is a workhorse of a pump, that’s performed tremendously for me so far and left me very happy that it’s in my corner. It allowed me to install a sink in my basement that works great. I’ll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it. You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product. Hopefully it was helpful in your decision.

Es una bomba silenciosa. Deja la tarja vacía y los olores son nada!! Ocupa poco espacio. Tenía 8 años con el problema de que la Tarja se tapara. Cuando la recomendaron no estaba convencido. Ahora que la empleo lo que invertí me hubiese ahorrado más de haberla puesto hace 7 años.
