The pump is easy to use. It is creamy and nurshing to the skin. I put on my stomach, then the next time my arms, and the next time my legs. If I forget to use it I get emotional. Worth the money.

Thank God for this cream. I stumbled across this brand in a recommendation from Anthony Williams Medical Medium site. It is completely natural with no parabens; the cream is lovely and moisturizing with no scent. I use one pump daily after the shower for perimenopause/menopause symptoms and has curbed hot flashes, night sweats, and brain fog.

Exactly what I needed

I’ve only used this for 3 days but there is a very noticeable difference in my hands. They are not as wrinkly. I struggled to keep my skin moisturized. I know this is progesterone cream and I’m not slathering this on. Just half a pump goes a long way. I’m pretty happy with this product.

I was looking for a progesterone cream that contained wild yam. I made sure to look at the ingredients on the Amazon prime website and the 2nd ingredient that's listed says "wild yam", but that is a LIE. As you see in the picture I posted, there is no wild yam thats listed in the ingredients at all, let alone, definitely not the 2nd ingredient. I'm very disappointed seeing that it is not a returnable item, so that was a waste!!!! Do not buy this if you're looking for wild yam cream. Now I need to go and look for the RIGHT item.

really nice cream, easy to apply. I believe this is helping me with progesterone levels, highly recommended.

Works for female hormone symptoms. I would like to see it in a lotion that doesn't have any toxin concerning ingredients.
