When the pump is not being used for long periods of time, take the pump out of the drum, make sure no remaining fuel is in the hose, and wipe it down with a cloth before storing it. Make sure to take the batteries out as they may corrode overtime.

What to do when the Pump does not operate even after pressing ON?

1) Make sure power cord is securely connected to one of 3 power options. 2) Impeller motor might have seized a) disconnect form power b) Find the impeller blades and give them a spin to break free any residue from fuels

What to do if Pump performance is low?

Elevation of the receiving container / tank is higher than the pump (Try placing the pump higher than the receiving container / pump, let gravity do the work)

How to Use the Flow Controller?

1) Pull nozzle lever and turn the nozzle hook left / right towards 6 o'clock direction to increase the flow. 2) Before the overflow, turn the nozzle hook to 12 o'clock direction and release the nozzle lever to stop the flow.
