These are perfect for pain relief of strained or sprained muscles. My IReliev tens unit was exactly what I needed to deal with a recent muscle spasm. These stuck well to the skin without slipping or causing any skin irritation. I always make sure I have some of these pads on hand. The IReliev brand electrodes pads are always reliable, so this is the only brand I will buy, I know I can depend on them when I need them.

These pads are the sizes that I needed, for the coverage over the areas that I had been experiencing pain. They are great.

I like that each pad is an H shape which puts a consistent space between the pads and only have to place one pad on an area instead of 2. Very good adherence and seem to be of high quality at a reasonable price. Arrived very quickly. Will buy again from this seller.

I like the bigger patches for applying to my back, they're easier for me to do without help. About half the patches don't seem to stick for long and I have to take them off and rub water on them.

I need to use my tens unit most everyday and mostly all day and I ran out of the pads. The adhesion is pretty good though it does at times become attached to my shirt or pants so then it takes away the adhesion and I have had to throw that one away. They are a definite god send though to me.

Best pads ever, I highly recommend it.

This unit is to replace used patches.
