RDX for my RD1000
We have the Dell RD1000 units and these RDX tapes go perfect with them. You do not need to buy the ridiculously priced ones from Dell when these work just as well. Now, I did get a bad one with my order but Amazon was great at exchanging the item without hassle.

As advertised
The disks arrived in original plastic packaging as advertised, and are working well in our server.

Terrible Tech Support
We purchased this drive along with 2 500GB drives. We thought we might implement this backup system in many of our clients systems. The process to download the backup software "AccuGuard" is impossible. First you have to register the hardware which takes about 15 minutes after you find the serial number which is a big challenge. Then you have to enter a promo code and a authorization code. After all this, you are supposed to receive a email which never comes. Then you call tech support and hold for 45 minutes because apparently they only have one lady to help you. Then after she spends a half an hour getting your case built complete with serial number, address, phone number, etc, she will tell you that a engineer will be in touch, but don't have any idea when that might be. So be prepared to wait about a week to get tech support to help you as we have. All this for software that should have been on a disk with the hardware.
