It's impossible to rely on perfume reviews because it's different for everyone, people precieve scents different. I bought the body spraybif this first and really like it so got the perfume for lasting power. This is a great summer perfume, it reminds if of laying poolside on a beach island. This is actually a perfect perfume for us older women, but my 22 year old daughter likes it too. I usually like a more masculine scent but this is all women scent and I love it. It's no flowery which I appreciate. You can actually wear this to work, I see this as a more of a daytime perfume. I see this more for grown women than younger kids. The price is great and really for 25.00 you can buy it blind and not lose out of you don't like it. I have about 50 bottles of perfume and have even given away about 20 because I didn't like them, so I do have a wide range of scents and I'm pretty picky about what I like. I will be reaching for this all summer and using it often. So if yiu are looking for a bold summer scent that isn't flowery or sweet or fruity but something more unique with a beach vibe this is definitely a great pick. Hope my opinion helps you make a decision. I will be keeping this scent in my collection and I will replace it after I use it all.

I love Freshies: they totally vibe with my lifestyle and geography as I live mere miles from the Atlantic Ocean. This smells of sun, water, a boardwalk stroll thanks to the wood note in the back of the formula. The problem with Freshies, for most, is how fast they disappear, requiring reapplication. I feel that's just fine as it means one isn't overwhelming others in the heat and humidity. You're in control of your scent impact, as it were. To be honest, I didn't expect much from this Nautica selection, but it has surprised me! Here's how I describe it: You're walking toward the surf and your walk takes you through sand dunes and rocks. The sun is shining high and bright. A slight breeze tells your nose by the smell of salt that you're close to your patch of beach. On the dunes, someplace close, jasmine, sweet and soft blooms full-on in the heat sharing its beautiful flower power. But the sand, salt, and mineral smell of the hot rocks tamps it down so it adds a sweet note without taking over the show. The reason to add this Freshie to your summertime rotation? Unlike most on the market that are citrus dominant, and can often come off as furniture polish, Jasmine Coast is a great blend of sea and flowers making it just unique enough to make it an easy reach for a day in the heat.

Unfortunately, the fragrance doesn't work for me. The scent is overwhelming and causes me headaches, so I'm returning it.
