Quality Angelica
As a kong standing chef unable to get specialized products in most supermarkets now I was so pleased to get the angelica. Good product, quality and flavour and although expensive and a lot more than I might not need the fact I was able to source it pleased me.

Item fine and nice long strips.
As well as Angelica, I ordered glace cherries and pineapple. The goods were fine but the packing was messy when opened. Far too sticky that I kept having to wash my hands.I suggest you look into a different way of packing glace fruits.However, I would still buy from you again.

Nice in cakes
To tell the truth, I was a little disappointed, as I thought I was ordering Angelica Houston. I planned to keep her in her original packaging, in a dark cupboard so she didn't fade and was out of the way of the kids. Then I'd have sold her for a small fortune in 20 years time to an anorak wearing collector, just like people do with Star Wars toys. As you can imagine, I was a bit put out to find the package contained green sugary celery-type stuff. Still, it's nice in cakes, and keeps for ever.

Good value,a lovely taste & a good amount.
A generous amount of this different delicate tasting glace fruit stem.Just what I needed for the low potassium cake,with less dried fruit,& more glace fruits & very tasty.Made for my husband who had a renal condition.The family continue to love it.Angelica makes this special.So versatile in all kinds of cakes.

Not as bright green as the picture
It's bonkers that you can't buy angelica from Tesco/Sainsbury's, but given that you can't, thank goodness for sellers such as this. It's not quite as bright green as the picture on the site suggests. That is almost certainly down to leaving out the E142 that Tesco/Sainsbury's would insist that "the customer demanded".A favourite recipe from the kids' childhood wouldn't have been the same without it.

Genuine purchase
Oh dear! The Angelica arrived quickly and well packaged but the actual item was in a cellophane pack that looked as if it had been opened and then hastily resealed with sellotape. The angelica was dull green, almost dark grey not the bright green I expected or needed for cake decorating.
