Die Morcheln sind qualitativ gut und dezent im Geschmack. So sollte es auch sein. Es befinden sich fast ausschließlich ganze Pilze im Glas. Da es einer der teuersten Pilze ist, hat man hier einen noch erschwinglichen Preis.

Really tasty
These morels add a wonderful rich, earthy flavour to mushroom dishes. Added to soup, stews and casseroles they really enhance the umami flavour and added to sauces they turn any dish into something very special, especially with a dollop of cream and a splash of wine. Will definitely buy again.
