I purchased these wonderful open earbuds for my daughter 5 weeks ago as a gift and I'll paste in below what she has to say about them. At last ear buds I can actually use. I have spent a fortune over the years trying to find earphones I can keep in my ear, in ear, over ear, round ear, all useless! They kept falling out. I resorted to Bose headphones which were fantastic but not for my hair! When I saw these advertised I thought I'll give them a go. Absolute game changer. Sound quality is second to none but I can still hear what's going on around me. Perfect. I can now listen to music, do my Spanish lessons, phone calls etc without disturbing anyone. I have only charged them up 3 times since Christmas! Best thing ever!

The most comfortable earbuds in 2025 in my opinion , i tried all possible smallest earbuds for my very small ears also tried wing tips ear buds like bose qc ultra earbuds and they never stayed in my ear , and ear hook earbuds hurt my ears in general because I use glasses, these are literally the best design I seen and the only one that fitted my ear loves perfectly , with no discomfort what so ever. Also the sound in my opinion is one of the best, testing the sound of my unit using wavelet the bass is much close to neutral than what other people say , maybe I am lucky but that's what I can hear , also midrange and treble quite close too , and with aptx support as well these are mini-audiophile approved 😀 😉, the only downsides that I have is the lack of anc and leakage , I am hoping the 2nd generation would have a function to be able to have anc despite the limitations also another problem that I have is the leakage, I am always worried that when I use the the earbuds outside people can hear my sounds , I hope they will improve on leakage as well 😀, overall these earbuds are one of the best in my opinion especially for small ears but if you really need anc and no leakage and your ears are normal shaped then there are always the sony or bose earbuds that are on top of the market available 😁🙂

Quite good sound as expected from Bose, and the fact that it clips quite securely on the ear is magic. However, it has the tackiest and low quality charging case of all the earbuds in it’s upscale price range. Bose has insulted all of us with the absolutely wretched charging case. The charging case broke in just 2 months for someone who’s extremely careful. Please think very well before you commit your hard-earned Pounds Sterling as the charging case is an insult on the buyer.

Very disappointed had to return these after only two days of use the right ear bud stoped working

A gift for my wife and she loves them ,very comfortable, you forget you are wearing them , good sound , plus you can hear if someone speaks ,which is handy as we have 9 grandkids , I do think they are a bit expensive but she is worth it

These would had been great if I had bigger ears. The loose fit made affected the sound quality. I was really disappointed to have to send them back.

I was very disappointed with these earbuds. I appreciate they are 'open' but the sound volume was so low, I could barely hear them sitting in my office, on a train or a plane, they would be less than useless. For the price, and the Bose reuputation, I really expected something amazing but it wasn't to be. They are going back and I'll try the Bose QuietComfort Ultra instead.

I found them quite comfortable to wear and allowed my ears to not get so humid like normal earbuds. Once I got the position right, the sound quality was really good and I could still hear my surroundings well. At times it felt like it could fall off but never did although I'm not sure I would trust wearing them in situations where if they did fall off it would be very bad. I did experience a very slight delay when using them with videos and games on my mobile, but I think that's normal for all Bluetooth earbuds. I was very pleased with the colour/finish of the anniversary edition set. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

Ya casi un año de la compra, son excelentes, por obvias razones no es para usar en ambientes ruidosos, la duración de batería y fijación del clip son excelentes, un detalle es la app, no funciona sin conexión a internet, el auto volumen es excelente, funciona sin retrasos. Calidad de sonido buena.

Amazing sound, good battery life! These earbuds are so comfortable. They stay in your ears well so less likely for them falling out lots of great features, but you may need to keep the manual handy if you’re going to take advantage of all the ways they can be used. Very good quality.
