The packaging was just lovely for the price and once I opened the lock, I was again at the quality of the art work, amazing!

The boxes that the balls come in aren't museum quality. They're somewhat flimsy. They look like what you would expect to find at a tourist trap in China. The balls themselves are fine. I purchased 2 sets of these balls and they were both clean and smooth with only 1 minor imperfection. The minor imperfection was a very small raised spot about the size of a grain of sand. Almost impossible to see, but it can be felt very easily. It's a very minor complaint as the spot is wearing down as the balls are used. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase for the price. The boxes could be nicer, but for the price, they're worth it.

I had received my product very fast, the product I received was incorrect but the seller contacted me and was very polite and professional and easily fixed the situation. I was overly impressed with the customer service her provided me. This is the best seller for this product, he will always make sure that you get what you want. I would recommend buying this product to every one and I plan on making multiple purchases from this seller. His products are top of the line and always in excellent condition.

I had a set of these over 15yrs ago and lost them sometime along the way.. I wanted a new set and I was happy to find these. They are the smaller size than I was expecting.. I had a larger size previously. The product is nice, but the packaging was not so nice and the balls had to be cleaned upon arrival but over all I am happy to have a set again!

I received this product damaged, I returned them back to FAT CUPID. I asked for another set to be sent to me because I really liked what they sent me except they were damaged and I never heard back from them, never received another set and never received a refund. Will never order from them again, there are tons of other great companies to order them from. These iron balls are awesome, I collect them and they are great for healing and meditation if you are opened minded and have a positive mindset. It was very disappointing that they didn't just send me another set, and even more disappointing to not get a refund, especially after I sent the damaged set back. NOT COOL!!! 2 stars only because nice product, no stars for FAT CUPID....

Great exercise balls. Bought for my son, as he has lost one ball from a previous set. Balls are a good size. Probably better for a man's hand.

The reviews are kind of mixed. Few say there poor quality and others say it's the best they ever had. Maybe I'm just part of that 2% that got the defect product. I'm sadly disappointed with this order. It was a risk already purchasing this due to fact that you really don't know what color or design you will receive. When I got the product it came in a real cheap box that looks like a 3 year old put it together and left it out in the rain, and then the sun to dry. That was the least of my concern. On top of this, The balls themselves felt and appeared as if super glue dried on them. The texture is lumpy and the presentation of the balls is just poor. On one of the balls it looks like there is a tiny black hole/ crack and a black smear. Not very nice quality at all. I expected better.
