I purchased these lights almost 2 years ago and have used them on and off since then. I have a large area on my leg with damaged nerves from a knee reconstruction in 1993 (ACL, PCL, MCL). The nerve damaged area tends to get psoriasis because that's where toxins want to come out instead of being circulated to other parts of the body. When I use the infrared lights on a regular basis, the psoriasis improves greatly. I sometimes use UV phototherapy, too, but I do prefer the infrared lights. I have had some of the nerves grow back, but it has taken a long time. The area where the nerves have regrown no longer gets the psoriasis, but I can see dark patches where I used to get psoriasis, so I am hopeful that the rest of my damaged nerves will grow back in the next 20 years! I read some of the negative reviews and some people complain that not all of the lights are working, but if you read the description of the product carefully, it says there are invisible infrared lights and the picture even shows it. After almost 2 years of using this product, one area of one of the cords started fraying and I could see exposed wires. When I plugged it in, the exposed area zapped electricity, so I decided that cord needed to be replaced. I contacted the company and received a response within 24 hours. I sent some pics of what needed to be replaced and I received the the new cord in less than a week--no charge! Honestly, I couldn't ask for better customer service and with this new power cord, I should be able to use the product longer.

My husband and I have been using the infrared light belt for 11 months. It has really helped both of us when our backs have been out. About 10 days ago some of the lights stopped working. As it was less than a year I contacted the company and today I received a new pad. Thank you to the company for standing behind their product. I would buy it again, it has really helped us.

Only works when I move the cord. If they could fix the electrical issues with the cord shorting out, it would be a great product. As it is I feel its not worth it until they can fix it to work! When it does work it's great! It comforts pain, is handy, easy to use, and I loved it! Just so bummed. I wish I could find a way to make it work all the time.

I use this on a daily basis and it seems to work pretty well for most of my clients. The healing properties are fantastic. I recommend this for usage on a daily process for healing.

I bought this infrared pad when the the plug broke on my dpl flexpad. I was unsure of this brand but now I am very glad I ordered this pad. Not only is the price cheaper and the quality just as good as my previous infrared pad, it is a much larger pad with a much longer cord. I can’t live without an infrared pad because infrared and red light therapy is extremely effective at treating my back and neck pain. I have been using this pad daily for about a month and it relieves my pain just as well as my previous pad and I have had no problems with it at all. I could not be more pleased with this pad and I highly recommend it.

I have stenosis and degeneration in my lower back and neck and absolutely love the relief I get from using these pads. I bought two, so I can place them in different places around my body while I relax and let the lights do their work. I’ve been using the 660nm lamp lights for my face and neck for past year and always notice great results in my complexion and quick healing when I do get the occasionally acne breakout. I read that the 880nm is best for deep healing of muscles, etc, so decided to give it a try with these pads, and am sincerely very pleased with the results. I really like that these pads offer both the 660nm and 880nm in one!

Please do the research on Red light therapy for it to be effective it has to be between in 630-700 nanometers for superficial skin and above 800nm for deep muscle and joint relief. They don't state anything about what there's is rated, and half of the lights don't work. If you've come this far you might as well by a cold laser for $300 it will be well worth the money. This thing is a joke! I have shoulder tendonitis and the pad is so stiff it doesn't wrap at all around the joint. So even if it did have the right amount of Nanometers it would not be effective.

I know the price of this product seems high. But, I can tell you that it is worth every penny. I recently experienced low back and nerve impingement pain down my left leg. I have been religious about using this pad 3x a day and it helps with pain, inflammation and tight muscles. Easy to use and can be wrapped around your body and you can move with it on. Unfortunately, it still needs to be plugged into the wall but the cord is plenty long for me to do my hair and makeup in the morning while wearing it. I don't think I ever want to live without this pad. It's incredible.
