Q: Are instructions supposed to come with this? I just received this and have no clue how to put it on.

The small logo/label on the top of back pad is positioned on your left. The adjustment buckles on the straps face up and atop your thighs. The knee pads positioned inward toward each knee. Once on correctly there is a clip to keep your legs together. There is a strap that goes around your belly on the front just so the contraption hangs on you if you get up to move around. It is a little confusing at first but I love it and have used it at my computer desk for over a year. It helps with posture, alignment of the spine and to alleviate "Head Forward Syndrome". Helps my lower back issues tremendously.

Q: comes with accessory CushShins ?

These are little pads that can be placed over your knee caps if you desire but they are easily adjustable and you can move them out of the way if you feel you do not need them. I love my Nada Chair and it helps me stretch my lower back and hips. Very high quality. (My brother is a Physical Therapist and he recommended it to me).

Q: Is this chair hand washable or machine washable on delicate setting?
